Why it’s almost great (but not quite)
The lobby is gorgeous , featuring beautiful marble details. The staff was friendly and attentive, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning struggled , leaving the room uncomfortably warm despite multiple requests for assistance.

comfortable stay but tight bathroom
The heating system was exceptional—quiet and not drying out the air. I appreciated the comfortable bed, which made for a restful sleep. The cleanliness of the room was noticeable. The lobby provided a cozy atmosphere to unwind before heading to my room.
The bathroom felt quite cramped, making it a bit inconvenient.

Decent stay despite a hiccup
So we only stayed one night for a family event. The parking was kinda messy with all the activity. We did get a late checkout, which was great! But wow, I saw some terrible reviews before coming. Nice bar area too, but they could really use an upgrade on the overall management. Wouldn’t say it’s the worst, though.

would stay here again
The quadruple room was spacious and clean, featuring air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave. The outdoor swimming pool looked inviting, but we didn’t swim. There’s plenty of parking, including covered spots and Tesla chargers. Staff was very friendly, and it was close to stores and the mall. Perfect for families!

Spacious room, friendly staff, the breakfast was perfectly adequate, and the location is conveniently just 32 km from the nearest airport.
Nothing negative to say.

Family with kids avoid at all costs
The front desk staff was pretty accommodating like they offered late checkout when we needed it. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room's bedding, that was a plus.
Not exactly cheap, but decent enough for what we've dealt with.

I had a decent stay, with a nice lobby and spacious room, but the HVAC issues were super annoying. The dining options were limited, too.

It was just a prime choice for an overnight stop in Mount Laurel with the best value for money ratio. I appreciated that the staff switched our room to one on a newly renovated floor that actually had working AC. Make sure to ask about room updates upon checking in.
